AeroFS invitation has arrived. How cool !!

AeroFS invitation has arrived.

After the announcement of termination of LiveMesh (by Microsoft P2P file sync technology & P2P remote desktop technology), I began to use Skydrive for file sync & LogMeIn Hamachi + Remotedesktop for remote desktop.

For the first time I began to use Skydrive, I didnt't feel happy because it sync files not only between computers but also with Microsoft Cloud Storage and I feel it is unsafe to store my data on cloud. After a while I got to think it is also useful because from systems other than Windows like Linux I can access data via Web Browser.

A new problem arised. In my environment in Japan , Skydrive syncing speed was slower than Live Mesh, though some websitees (abroad) say it isn't so slow. I felt it's a little slower than Dropbox. I got sad.

And I was looking forward to getting an AeroFS.
That service provides P2P file sync which I love from the LiveMesh era.

Finally I got the invitation from AeroFS early last week !!
Of course I switched to AeroFS and cancelled the Skydrive +50GB (I have 25GB left. Thanks, rich Microsoft !!)

It works well, and It has a good sync speed as fast as LiveMesh.
It sync well.
It has some special features which make it possible to sync files with other friends, thought I don't use the feature because, I feel it may cause some conflicts. I will use this service for myself , for my rapid data sync.

The most lovely feature of LiveMesh is that there is a feedback & support forum.

It make users feel relieved because from the feature vote system and reply from AeroFS we can get to know what is the direction of AeroFS.
